On Saturday morning we played HFC Orange with the score being in or favor 1-0. Saturday afternoon we played Ft. Wayne Citadel with a win of 2-0. Sunday morning we played Zionsville Green and we tied 1-1. We knew after that game we would go to the championship game with Zionsville Green. This game was the best game of the day we were an evenly matched team. The 35 mintue halves we over and the scored was tied 2-2. So we started the 5 mintue halves at the end of that we were still tied 2-2. We had to do Pentaly Kicks at the end after the pk we won 5-4. What a weekend for the U13 Kold Fyre team way to go girls. Defensively, Charles Crager had many good passes and saves. The team had several injuries but the boys continued to play hard!! The game was a tie 3-3 with Chandler Stephens scoring 2 and Grant Langley scoring 1 of the 3 goals. The boys had an explosive second half and came from behind to tie up the game. Michael Ronan showed such great dedication for the team and the game. He lost his shoe during a battle for the ball and this did not deter him one bit from the game. Way to go Michael!!
